Change in working hours due to the observance of the National Unity Day

Dear customers

Please be advised that BCS Forex work schedule will be changed on November 4, 2020 due to the upcoming celebration on National Unity Day.

Trading platforms and the Dealing Department operate in standard mode.

Trading operations will be available in standard mode, with the exception of the following instruments:

CFDs on Russian stocks;
CFDs on Russian indexes;
RUB - currency pairings.

Trading on these instruments will be closed on 2020-11-04.

The Customer Service Department will be available to answer your questions from 10:00 to 20:00 Moscow time.

The Processing Department will be available from 10:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.

Please be advised that bank transfers will not be made on November 4, 2020. Requests for deposits and/or withdrawals via bank transfer sent after 14:00 (Moscow time) on 2020-11-03 will be processed and accepted for execution on 2020-11-05.

You may fund your account with a bank card and electronic payment systems regardless of holidays or weekends.

Please keep this information in mind when planning cash transfers and trading transactions.
