Dear clients,

In observance of the upcoming public holidays in Russia (Unity Day) on the 4th of November, trading schedule and companies working hours will be changed.

Trading platforms and dealing department will work in the standard regime.

4th of November – trading will be available for all instruments, except currency pairs with RUB, and CFD on Russian shares and Russian indexes.

5th of November– trading will be resumed as normal.

Customer service department will be available on the following schedule:

4th of November - working hours from 09:00 to 19:00

Financial department will be available on the following schedule:

4th of November - working hours from 09:00 to 17:00

Company’s schedules and trading hours are presented in EET (GMT+2).

Due to the celebration Unity Day on the 4th of November, bank transfers will not be available.

Deposit and withdrawal requests via bank transfer sent between the 1st and 4th of November will be processed on 5th of November.

Deposits via bankcards and electronic payment systems will be available regardless of the holiday days or weekends.

Please consider this information before making trade transactions and planning money transfers.
