Changes to the company's working hours in observance of Russia Day

Dear customers,

Please note that in observance of Russia Day on 14 June, the company's working hours are subject to change.

The Customer Service Department will be available according to the following schedule:

June 14 - a shortened working day from 10:00 to 20:00.

The Back Office will be available according to the following schedule:

June 14 - a shortened working day from 10:00 to 18:00.

The working hours of the departments are indicated in Moscow time.

Note: on 14.06.2021, bank transfers will not be processed. Deposit/withdrawal requests via a bank transfer sent from the afternoon on 11.06.2021 to 14.06.2021 will be processed and will be accepted for execution on 15.06.2021. Deposit and withdrawal of funds within BCS Bank will be available as usual.
